Shipping policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer the following shipping options for US orders:
- Standard Shipping (5–10 business days) — rates calculated at checkout
- Expedited Shipping (2–5 business days) — rates calculated at checkout
International Shipping (Canada & Worldwide) We ship to Canada and select international destinations. International orders typically arrive within 10–21 business days depending on your location and local customs processing. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in your order total.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
